South Jersey Review is interested in publishing poetry from both emerging and established poets. We are especially interested in poems that provoke varying interpretations. While we appreciate the value of greeting cards and diaries, please don’t send us anything that might have come from either. Instead, send us your best 3-5 poems in a .doc, .docx, or .txt file to firstname.lastname@example.org. Poems should not exceed 200 lines. Simultaneous submissions are welcome, but please make note in query.
We love art and photography, too. No subject or style limitations. Do not send originals — email .jpg, .png, or .pdf files to email@example.com. With submission include artist name, address, phone number and email address. You will be contacted to supply high resolution digital formats if artwork is accepted for publication.
We’re looking for stories about people and places, rather than about writing itself. Please note that we do not consider novel excerpts. We prefer to see stories that are between 2,000 and about 5,000 words in length. We will accept stories slightly over or under this criteria. If you’re interested in submitting your story for publication, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
